Questions people ask
Straight answers about how INEEDIT works, what it costs, and what keeps both sides safe.
- What is INEEDIT?
- A Dubai marketplace where you describe what you need once, in one sentence, and verified professionals reply with quotes. You choose who to work with. INEEDIT is operated by Linksea Consultancy LLC.
- Does it cost anything to post a need?
- No. Posting is free for requesters, and there is no fee to accept a quote. Professionals pay to be verified and use credits to respond; that is how INEEDIT earns.
- How does a professional get verified?
- Apply from your profile, pay the one-time review fee (AED 199 for an individual, AED 749 for a business), upload your licence and ID, and a person at INEEDIT reviews them. Verification is reviewed, not bought, and approval is not guaranteed. The fee is fully refundable to your original payment method until a reviewer starts the review; once the review has started it is non-refundable, whatever the outcome. A rejected applicant may start a new application, and any fee is shown before checkout.
- What are credits and do they expire?
- Credits are a prepaid balance professionals spend to respond to needs and to unlock a connection. Bought credits are valid for 24 months; welcome and referral credits may expire sooner and are shown separately in the wallet.
- When do the two sides see each other's names and numbers?
- Only after a quote is accepted and the connection fee is settled. Until then both sides are shown as INEEDIT identities, and any phone number or email typed into a message is hidden automatically. A professional short of credits has 48 hours to top up before the connection lapses.
- What is the Deal Desk?
- For jobs worth AED 25,000 or more, INEEDIT prepares a written agreement between both sides and a person at INEEDIT reviews it before it goes live. Larger jobs deserve a contract, not a chat.
- What if nobody replies, or a job falls through?
- A response credit is spent on being seen, so it is not returned because the requester chose someone else or did not reply. If something went wrong with the opportunity itself, the professional asks for the credit back from their wallet and says why. A person reviews the request against whether the requester engaged, then grants it or declines it with a reason. Refund requests on paid fees follow the Refund Policy and are decided by a person too.
- Why was my need held for review?
- Regulated trades (for example electrical or medical work), property and vehicle listings, and any need whose text contains contact details wait for a person to look at them before going live. It usually takes hours, not days, and you are told either way.
- How do you protect my data?
- Your data is stored in the UAE-serving cloud region we contract with, backed up daily, and never sold. You can download everything INEEDIT holds about you, or close your account, from Account & privacy. Payments are handled by Stripe or Ziina; INEEDIT never sees your card number.
- How do I reach a person?
- Write to support@ineedit.ae. Legal and privacy questions go to legal@ineedit.ae and privacy@ineedit.ae, and the Contact page lists the registered address.
