Terms of Service

1. Who we are

INEEDIT is an online marketplace that connects Requesters (individuals or businesses posting a Need) with Solvers (individuals or businesses offering to help). INEEDIT is operated by Linksea Consultancy LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE. We are not a party to the underlying agreement between a Requester and a Solver.

2. What INEEDIT does and does not do

We provide (a) an AI Operator that helps Requesters describe their needs; (b) matching of qualified Solvers; (c) messaging with anti-circumvention protections; (d) verification review for Solvers; and (e) purchase of platform access credits for Solvers. INEEDIT does not perform, oversee or guarantee the underlying work, and does not act as an escrow agent, payment institution or licensed financial services provider.

3. Requester obligations

You will describe your Need honestly, respect privacy of Solvers, engage with responses within reasonable timeframes, and not use INEEDIT to circumvent verification or contact solvers off-platform before accepting a solution. You will not post regulated services without the required credentials.

4. Solver obligations

You will represent your credentials honestly, keep your verification documents current, respond within your published SLA, and never present INEEDIT credits as a guarantee that you will win work. Off-platform circumvention is a material breach.

5. Fees

Posting a Need and receiving responses costs a Requester nothing. Two optional actions cost credits, and the cost is shown before you confirm: listing something for sale below the Deal Desk threshold, priced by its asking price, and pinning a Need to the top of Browse. A listing priced at or above the Deal Desk threshold costs no credits to publish; instead, when the seller chooses a buyer, a written commission agreement applies to the agreed sale price. That commission is payable by the seller on a sale and never by the buyer, and the two are shown to each other only by INEEDIT identity until it is settled. A listing published before this path existed, which paid its listing credits, is not charged a commission. Solvers pay for (i) a one-time verification review, (ii) credit packs for access to opportunities, (iii) a connection fee, charged in credits from the Solver’s balance when a Requester accepts their proposal on a deal below the Deal Desk threshold, or a written commission agreement on a deal at or above it, and (iv) where offered, an optional monthly subscription. Until the connection fee or commission is settled, neither party is shown the other’s name, business name, photo or contact details; the Solver has 48 hours to settle a connection fee before the award lapses and the Requester may choose again. The connection fee and threshold in force are shown before a Solver responds and again before they propose. Subscription plans are shown in full at checkout — price, monthly credit allowance, rollover cap and any notification benefit — and are only available when INEEDIT has enabled them for your account type. Prices are set out at checkout and in the Refund Policy.

5a. Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, and is charged to your saved payment method on the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your wallet; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not shorten the period you have already paid for. Subscription credits are issued monthly, are held as their own class, and roll over only up to the cap stated on your plan — credits above the cap are forfeited at renewal rather than accumulating. Subscription credits are not cash and are not refundable to a payment method; see the Refund Policy for how each credit class is treated. If we change a plan price or its benefits, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you may cancel before it does.

6. Verification

The verification fee purchases a review of your credentials. It does not guarantee approval. Approval is granted only by a human reviewer decision. See the Refund Policy for refundability.

7. Content, IP and licence

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant INEEDIT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, cache, translate and display it for the operation of the service.

8. Prohibited use

You will not use INEEDIT for illegal, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or fraudulent purposes. See the Prohibited Services list.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, on reasonable notice unless the safety or integrity of the platform requires immediate action.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, INEEDIT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the underlying transaction between Requester and Solver. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
