Requester Terms
1. Cost
Posting a Need and receiving up to three verified responses is free. INEEDIT does not charge Requesters any subscription or commission on a Need. Two optional actions cost credits, shown before you confirm: publishing a listing for something you are selling below the Deal Desk threshold (priced by its asking price) and pinning a Need to the top of Browse. When you list something for sale at or above the Deal Desk threshold you act as a seller: publishing is free, and INEEDIT’s commission, agreed in writing, is payable by the seller on a sale once you have chosen a buyer. A buyer who enquires about a listing pays INEEDIT nothing.
2. Engagement obligations
If you post a Need, you commit to engaging with responses within a reasonable timeframe. Solvers spend credits to reach you, so leaving a response unanswered costs them something real. Repeatedly posting Needs you do not engage with may limit your access to the platform.
3. Honesty
Describe your Need accurately. Do not use INEEDIT to solicit prohibited services or to obtain contact details from Solvers without accepting a solution.
4. Privacy
You choose the privacy mode for each Need. Public Needs expose the public brief, with your location reduced to the area and your identity shown as an INEEDIT handle. Matched-only and Private modes restrict access. Anonymous-until-accepted removes requester identity, exact location, attachments and private extraction metadata from Solver views until you explicitly reveal identity. In every mode, the Solver you choose sees your name and exact location only once INEEDIT’s connection fee is settled.
5. Reviews
To leave a review of a Solver you must confirm the engagement outcome and a value band. This keeps the trust layer honest.
