Refund Policy
1. How credits work
INEEDIT credits are a platform access token. Redeemable only for INEEDIT services (responding to Needs, priority notifications). Never cash. Never transferable. Never redeemable for third-party goods or services.
2. Credit classes
Credits are held in separate classes: paid, subscription, bonus, referral, and promotional. Refunds honour the original class — classes are never commingled.
3. Response credits and when they are returned
A response credit buys your response a place in front of a Requester. It is spent on being seen, and it is not returned simply because the Requester chose somebody else or did not reply — that is the ordinary outcome of a competitive marketplace. No credit is returned on a timer or as a side effect of anything else: every refund is a decision a person makes. If something went wrong with the opportunity itself — the Need was withdrawn or cancelled before the Requester could read your response, it duplicated another Need, it materially misdescribed the work, or it was removed by moderation — ask from your wallet. Each response credit spent on the ledger has an "Ask for a refund" control; give a reason, and a person reviews it against the record of whether the Requester engaged with your response. When a Need is cancelled or removed while your paid response is still waiting, INEEDIT opens that request for you, and when moderation declines a For Sale listing a request is opened for its listing credits; both are decided by the same review. We aim to answer within five working days. A granted request returns the credit to your balance, and a declined one is answered with a reason you can read in your wallet.
3a. Connection fees
A connection fee is charged in credits only when a Requester accepts your proposal, and it buys the introduction — names and contact details open the moment it is settled. Like every refund, a connection fee charged in error is reviewed by a person: ask from your wallet, where the connection fee on your ledger has the same "Ask for a refund" control, and say what went wrong. The reviewer reads the record of the engagement, and the fee is returned to the original credit class if the connection never opened.
4. Bonus, referral and promotional credits
Bonus, referral and promotional credits do not qualify for the Founding 100 cash refund. When a refund request is granted they are reinstated to your balance in their own class, but they are forfeited on cash-out.
5. Verification fee
Fully refundable to the original payment method until a reviewer explicitly clicks “Start Review.” Once review begins, the verification fee is non-refundable. A rejected applicant may start a new application; any applicable fee will be shown before checkout.
6. Founding 100 guarantee
If you are among the first 100 verified solvers and win no confirmed engagement within 60 days of verification approval, we will refund your unspent paid credits to the original payment method, up to AED 2,500 per account. You qualify if, during the window, you submitted responses to at least five matched opportunities and won no confirmed engagement. Both counts are shown on your dashboard while the window is open, so you can see where you stand before it closes. The verification fee is not refundable once review has started.
7. Subscriptions
A subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from your wallet: the next renewal stops and the period already paid for runs to its end. Part-months are not refunded, because the monthly credit allowance is issued in full at the start of each period. Subscription credits are a separate class — they are never converted to cash, never refunded to a payment method, and are forfeited on cash-out; the Founding 100 guarantee returns unspent *paid* credits only. Unused subscription credits roll over up to your plan’s stated cap and anything above it is forfeited at renewal. A charge taken after a valid cancellation is refunded in full to the original payment method.
8. Credit expiry
Purchased credits expire 24 months from purchase. We notify you 60 and 14 days before expiry. Expired credits become ledger entries and are not silently removed.
9. Notification delay and reserved slots
On every Need, one of three response slots is reserved for the general verified pool during a notification-delay window. The mechanism is disclosed here and on the pricing page.
