Solver Terms
1. Independent status
You use INEEDIT as an independent provider. There is no employment, agency or partnership relationship between you and Linksea Consultancy LLC.
2. Verification
Verification is granted by human review, not by payment. You will keep your documents current. Regulated categories require the relevant UAE licence(s), which a reviewer must approve before you may respond.
3. Credits
Credits buy access to opportunities. They do not guarantee you will win work, and they are spent when your response reaches the Requester — not when you are chosen. Credits are non-transferable, redeemable only for INEEDIT services, and expire 24 months after purchase. If something went wrong with a response — the Need was withdrawn, duplicated, or misdescribed — you can ask for the credit back from your wallet and a person will review it. See the Refund Policy.
4. Fair access
Each Need accepts no more than three responses. If a future approved priority-notification feature is enabled, one slot remains reserved for the general verified pool during its delay window. Subscription sales and subscriber priority are inactive at launch.
5. Response SLA
Provide accurate timelines and keep your availability current. Repeated misleading or abusive responses may result in moderation or account suspension.
6. Off-platform circumvention
Until INEEDIT’s connection fee or commission is settled, you and the Requester are shown to each other only by INEEDIT identity. Exchanging phone numbers, emails, links, your name or your company’s name before then is prohibited and is detected, masked, warned, logged and, on repeat, sanctioned. Taking a deal off INEEDIT after being connected is a material breach.
7. Founding 100 guarantee
If you are among the first 100 verified solvers and win no confirmed engagement within 60 days of verification approval, unspent paid credits are refunded to your original payment method, up to AED 2,500 per account. Two conditions qualify you: you must have submitted responses to at least five matched opportunities during the window, and you must have no confirmed engagement. Your progress against both is shown on your dashboard throughout the window. Verification fees are not refundable once review has started.
