Privacy Policy
1. Controller
Linksea Consultancy LLC (Dubai, UAE) is the data controller for personal data processed through INEEDIT.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), verification documents, Needs and Solutions content, transaction and ledger data, device and log data, and communications you exchange on the platform.
3. Legal bases
Contract performance, legitimate interest in platform integrity and fraud prevention, legal obligation (tax, invoicing, KYC where applicable), and consent for optional marketing.
4. Sharing
With Solvers and Requesters strictly as required to run the matching, messaging and verification flows; with payment providers (Stripe, and Ziina where it is offered) to process payments; with reviewers we contract with under confidentiality; with authorities when legally required.
5. Retention
We keep account and transaction records for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law. Verification documents are retained for the duration of the account plus a statutory review window.
6. International transfers
Personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the UAE (including where our providers operate) subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and complaint to the appropriate UAE data protection authority. Contact our Data Protection contact at privacy@ineedit.ae.
8. Security
We use transport encryption, access controls, private file authorization, security logging and other technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service.
